My measurements are 5'3", Width: 32.5", Height: 44", Width: 36b. I'm wearing it in the photo) The quality per se is not bad. It's not fleece, it's more stretchy, which I like. It's almost like a ribbed material. It's definitely not for the cold season. Holding stuff up to the light in a layer lets you see light showing through, but when You don't see them being worn because they aren't skin tight (I had pink knickers and couldn't see through) I'm not sure about the length measurement, but it's definitely too long for me, but since the ankles have elastic, the pants don't drag on the floor. Definitely a great length for tall people. The waistband is very comfortable. Not necessarily too big but I tried on a large, the belt at the waist was great but it made an odd crotch so I did decided on size XL The top is of course also bulky, but the waistband was a bit too narrow and thicker than the waistband of the running tights. I would say it fits your size if slightly smaller.
