This is a great product and worth every penny. I like to mount the Precision Pro NX7 rangefinder to a vertical metal pole on the car. It's a very strong magnet and I'm not worried about it falling off even if there are bumps in the carriage movement. I've used this every round for several months. The strap does not cover the main button of the rangefinder and is firmly connected to the device. Many rangefinders now have built-in magnets, but if you have a non-magnetic rangefinder (like me) it's worth getting one. I can also put my rangefinder back in my pocket with the strap. After installing the strap, I do not take it off or put it on.
