EverTeam is a cloud-based platform that allows you to create a single search box to search for content across multiple applications. This reduces the number of applications and platforms you need to manage, and improves the overall search functionality for your organization. EverTeam is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but does require some training to be able to use it properly. EverTeam is a great way to find content across your organization, and also has a great reporting section. I can easily find and access documents in my organization and pull them into a report with ease, and it's very easy to get a copy to my coworkers via email.
