Don't buy it, cheap junk.
Attempt to use this to check compression on a rebuilt engine. With this tool the readings are low and the rubber hose is garbage. It detaches directly from the barb and isn't reinforced at all, so the pressure swells in the rubber hose instead of affecting the sensor. Not worth buying. And don't waste time trying to harness it. I'm going straight to the trash because I can't trust him.
