After years of using a tiny carrot peeler and grappling with a full sized carrot pocket, this is incredible. I've also used it to cut cheese, make slices of watermelon you won't believe, and worked on melons. There are so many things you can do with us. It's not the pathetic little carrot peeler you had in your drawer at Rushville and you're trying not to worry about the roast when you're fingering carrots or potatoes and it seems like it takes forever. This thing is almost too big for its own good. But I find it useful to use as it cleans great as the blade is fully exposed in the dishwasher and also I'm just trying to find different things to use with it. I'm using Siri and it should have said "rust" but it always seems like the right word is being inserted at the wrong time. I think you will be satisfied with us.
