Products and service from Fiddlerman were not up to par.
Unfortunately, my experience with buying accessories for my musical instrument from Fiddlerman was not a positive one. I am a musician, and the things I received were not up to par with my expectations. When I called for assistance, the customer care reps were rude and uninformed. Those in need of dependable and high-quality musical instrument accessories should turn other than Fiddlerman.
