I've been baking a lot of cookies for the holidays and was looking for a replacement for an old baking sheet that blew up. I usually use Circulon reeds and I like them, but I wanted bigger reeds than they offer so I gave this one a try. I make cookies that don't spread too much and I was able to fit 35 cookies at a time on this sheet. This was great as I only had to make a batch or two instead of 6-10 before. It saved a lot of time. I didn't use parchment paper and they didn't stick at all. Nice and tidy. The only recommendation I have is to lower the temperature a bit, maybe 10 degrees, especially if you cook in a gas oven like me. In general very satisfied. I would buy a second one but it's so big I only need one!
