I bought these cartridges for my HP printer. When I first installed them, HP posted a message that the cartridges weren't genuine HP. He then kept reporting that they had a problem with the cartridge. I have read the instructions on what to do if the initial problem occurs. I have followed the instructions. Also presented a problem. Tried to reach the company by phone (10 minute busy signal and hung up), unsuccessful chat attempt, emailed. The response was if they don't work they are happy to send a new set or refund. Tried to reinstall again and THE PRINTER FINALLY PASSED THE WARNING AND CAN BE INSTALLED! 05.06.21. Revised rating. The ink worked well for about a month. Now one or the other should be clogged, because the printed material is faded and doesn't match the colors. NOT recommend
