If you get bad headaches or migraines you know you only need your eye mask to do one thing (ok two things) MAKE IT DARK and stay on.I'm a side sleeper, and when I get a migraine all I want to do is sleep. I thought I liked my old mask it did the job ok let some light in but was better than the flat type "spa masks".This BeeVines mask is incredible. The moment you put it on you know it's good! All light is GONE! Nothing slipping through around the nose piece. That nose bridge that the arrow is pointing to makes all the difference in the world. Even sleeping on your side with it pressing away from your face due to your pillow NO LIGHT!Now the second part I wouldn't say it stays on any better or worse than my old mask. I still find I need to adjust it as I turn over it wants to slip off my hair. Stays on good if you have a ponytail or bun, but as you know your hair hurts when you have a migraine hard to have anything in your hair even the strap hurts but that's true of any mask and not the masks' fault.The deeper eye pocket also keeps my eyelashes from hitting the mask. I would say if you have long lashes this would be a plus for you. Even my shorter lashes hit my old mask so I found it a very nice feature.This mask is a total life saver for me and my headaches!
