Review on Aprilaire 4724 Seal Kit by Joseph Morris

This kit provides a good seal for the service access door. It consists of several parts, not all of which are used as it fits several generations of Aprilaire air filters. Having already installed an updated/modified filter kit and filter I only used 3 items from this 5 piece gasket set. It seems quite expensive for what you get but it fits great and seals a door that has been leaking badly because the foam has crumbled and deteriorated over the last 10 years. or so. So the warm air from the attic isn't being sucked into my air conditioner, but rather the cold air in the winter (both of my systems are installed in the attic here in Texas).
