This is a long review but this is my honest opinion and may be helpful to others. I'm ashamed of all the negative reviews on here, this set deserves better. People here say it's $1000 which I don't understand. What do you expect for $99! I love my set, it's beautiful and functional for my personal needs. It distributes heat well, is dishwasher safe and you don't have to worry about the non-stick coating getting scratched or torn off. Stains? I have 3 words for you: Bartenders Friend is the best product for keeping your stainless steel nice and shiny and it removes all stains even burnt on bacon (my daughter's fault lol). Another complaint I see here is that the food is sticky. Well, if you've ever used stainless steel, you might have heard of pan spices. I did it and it's perfect, nothing sticks. Simply place the pan on the stovetop over high heat until smoking, brush the inside of the pan with olive oil, let sit for a few minutes and you have a non-stick stainless steel skillet. I am happy with my purchase, I know this set will last for years!
