I've been using Manic Panic for years. I love manic panic. However, something was wrong with the 2 bottles I bought here. It was watery, didn't do anything to my totally bleached hair, and even when I accidentally dropped a drop on my shoulder it didn't do anything (usually stains until I wipe away the color with a tissue). So I experimented, rubbing the ball in my hands and letting it sit. Immediately washable with water. They were sealed but didn't work like buying a manic panic at the local store. Very strange. Instead, I'll just stay outside with Sally.
