Review on Utoplike by Joe Taniguchi

I had the misfortune of making a purchase from Utoplike not too long ago, and it was a disaster. Their products and customer service fell well short of the standards they advertised. To begin with, their website is a total disaster; not only is it quite difficult to locate specific items, but the descriptions of those items are also extremely inadequate. Don't even get me started on the ridiculously exorbitant rates they charge for their subpar wares. The worst part, though, was their awful treatment of customers. I had a difficulty with an order and tried to contact them for help, but their answer was slow and useless. It felt as if my worries were completely disregarded. When my order eventually arrived, it was improperly wrapped, and several of the goods were broken. I tried to contact Utoplike to ask them to fix the problem, but they never got back to me. In conclusion, Utoplike is not something I would ever suggest to anyone. Their website is a mess, their rates are unreasonable, and they offer little assistance to customers. Don't bother with this store if you want to avoid hassle.
