Review on 🛠️ Freud Grooving Shank, Dia 20/116 by Chris Brazington

Freud is one of my favorite brands when it comes to cutting equipment. The bits stay sharp for a long time and ensure a really clean cut without sticking. This punch is no different. I bought this for a specific job of cutting a groove in cabinet legs so the legs stick out at a 45 degree angle to the cabinet. This was a design feature I discovered in an article published in Wood magazine a few years ago. It's not something I'm likely to do on a regular basis, so I can't say this tip will be widely used, but I'd rather spend the money on a good tip and get the job done first time than with cheaper tips to fight. cut as cleanly and burn a piece as it cuts. I highly recommend Freud.
