I like how they have made our implementation process so easy for us - their support was second to none! They implemented several modules into one platform which has saved us time and money as we now require less people doing more things at once. The new platform is very user friendly which makes them easier to use than before. We haven't any complaints about them, however it would be nice if there were some extra training materials available for customers when first purchasing the product. You can see all of your reports in one place rather than having multiple different dashboards with each module. We're able to easily access information from many departments including Finance, Marketing and Sales without needing to look up individual reports across various databases.
