Review on Global G 9 G 9 8 3 Bread Stainless by Stephanie Johnson

I will own my front and center braid. I love Global knives. I have several and they are all fantastic. However, I almost bought this bread knife after easily trimming one of my sisters' French baguettes with a cheap electric knife. I just wasn't sure even a Global product could get slices of bread that thin without damaging the structure. Buying this knife was the right choice. As usual, the weight of the blade feels amazing in your hands. What impresses me the most is that I feel great (weird big hands) and my significant other (small hands). The real star of the show is how efficiently and smoothly the knife cuts the bread. I've used it with different styles and each one has been easy. I even used it once to cut a piece of pre-sliced sandwich bread into two thinner pieces. All in all if you like Global knives you won't regret this purchase, thin or thick they do a great job slicing bread.
