I like that the bracket is metal and not likely to break. My plastic holder broke and I almost lost my phone - I had to backtrack a mile and luckily found it. I also like that the magnets are very strong and hold it in place and that there is a tether just in case. The magnets are so strong that I have a hard time detaching the case from the mount (good thing!), so I leave it on the whole time. If I take another phone I don't think the magnet can be taken out of the case and attached to another, so that's a disadvantage. I love that the phone can be mounted so that it doesn't protrude over the handlebars where I could hit it when getting on and off the bike. That's what happened to the above plastic suitcase - I met it at the bus stop and it immediately broke the bracket. The delivery was quicker than expected. Overall I'm very happy - it's nice to see my RideControl app while I'm pedaling.
