I bought this whilst taking a welding class at my local college and bought it a size up just in case it was supposed to just toss in the dryer after washing to shrink it allow. Well it's still a bit big after I've done it twice. It's not a deal breaker, it just doesn't fit. I think the advantage is that I can cover half of their ears. lol Anyway he's doing a great job.
