I had high hopes for it. I cook from scratch every day and thought they might come in handy for storing portions of pesto and tomato paste in particular. They work, but they're pretty bulky. First, they are really LONG. They never seem to fit in any closet or my little freezer. I wish there were half as many cups in each. The plastic on it is really thick and hard, so wringing out the tray a bit and cracking the dice isn't enough. I usually have to leave mine on the counter for a few minutes and then hit it. And the size markings on the cups themselves are pretty much useless - nobody can read these markings on the dice, and even if you could, they would melt in a minute. I figured if they were good I would go a bigger size and use them for soups. But in the end I'm not very keen on them and will probably go for stock cubes even if they cost ridiculously.
