Review on 🚰 Goulds J5S Shallow Well Jet Pump - 1/2 HP, 115/230V by Nelson Calafell

Normal rusty water droplets on the surface after testing before shipment; No problem. There are two areas of deep rust that do not have a burnt coating. I'm trying to replace a cheap Superior brand pump that has stripped and been pumping rusty water through my pipes since day one so I won't put up with this failure. The finish otherwise looks fine, but both of those stains can't be easily wiped off and will only get worse if I put in a pump. The seller had the gall to tell me that rusting is normal on a new pump and there is no problem. many new People products with rust on them? Just curious.
