This is my 3rd purchase of Michelangelo brand cookware and I have never been disappointed - it is very comparable to other top brands but lighter. I've made a few different dishes so far just to test the versatility, and even with the sticky "Hawaiian Chicken" the sauce browned without crisping up in the pan. It is very important not to wash them with a scourer or use metal tools as the coating can be damaged (at least it has been in my past). Even when I fold them for storage, I prefer to put a cloth between them so they don't scratch each other - maybe a bit of an overstatement, but I like to protect the few good things I have (and this is one of them).
