Review on SavvyCube by Hunter Schneider

The best thing about savvyscube it that they integrate seamlessly in to our eCommerce website (Magentos) so we have one place for all reports and analytics across multiple platforms like GA, AMPscript etc - which makes life very easy when troubleshooting issues! There's nothing really I dislike as such but would love them improve their support team & documentation around integrations especially if someone isn't technical savvy in writing API/s. We use this tool extensively at my workplace internally via an application called Smartcube where users can go ahead with different types of analytical reporting using various Google products through dashboards integrated out here - hence making things much easier than going back n forth between 3 systems. It has made me realise how many problems could be avoided by just pulling down relevant stats or charts to make informed decisions faster instead relying purely on gut feeling / experience. The user interface was easy to navigate through and understand for those who are not programmers or IT professionals themselves. I would have liked more customization options but that wasn't something they were able to do at this time. It's good to be using an application/tool like this because it keeps us in touch with our customers! We're able to see trends so we can make adjustments as needed without having to rely heavily upon emailing people back & forth about what changes need made.
