Analytics Platform Helps Us Make Troubleshot Decisions

The best thing about savvyscube it that they integrate seamlessly in to our eCommerce website (Magentos) so we have one place for all reports and analytics across multiple platforms like GA, AMPscript etc - which makes life very easy when troubleshooting issues! There's nothing really I dislike as such but would love them improve their support team & documentation around integrations especially if someone isn't technical savvy in writing API/s. We use this tool extensively at my workplace…

  • Good customer service.
  • Dashboard capabilities is great way you get quick insight into your data quickly while keeping everything organized under 1 roof rather then logging onto several accounts individually each platform separately

  • Customisation features weren’t readily available yet
  • Documentation needs improvements
