Review on ACDelco 45H1056 Professional Front Spring by Ronald Reese
It might be possible with a lot of work, but they seem to be better suited for 3/4 tonners.
My mechanic spent hours installing it on my truck and ended up having to get another one. 3/4 ton trucks and possibly cars with longer wishbones and higher ride height.
