Fits my 1995 Chevy C2500 Cheyenne well - maybe 1/32" in places, or maybe I just didn't line it up perfectly. A definite improvement over the cracked and broken glass that came before. I cleaned all the parts first before tightening them. The double-sided tape is so thick that if it doesn't line up perfectly with the edge of the plastic, it's not a problem. Installation Tip: The backing paper on one side of the tape has a free edge that is easy to grab, while the papers on the other side don't. First remove the composite paper, stick it on the mirror, and then the other is difficult to remove while gently holding the mirror glass in your hand. Line it up perfectly before you attach it, because once it gets stuck, it won't come loose without a struggle. We've had this on the truck for a few months now, no problem.
