Review on HENCKELS Statement 20-pc Self-Sharpening Knife Set: Chef, Paring, Utility, Bread, Steak Knives, Dark Brown, Stainless Steel + by Andrea Martinez

I wanted to like them but every time I use them I regret buying them. First of all, steak knives suck, it's better to cut wood than cut a steak. The bread knife is ok, but it's a bread knife that doesn't really require anything extraordinary. Otherwise they all have large square handles that make it difficult to make thin cuts. The length doesn't seem to be the same, but that may be because I had my previous set for 10 years. The quality of the blade is ok, they cut, but I have other knives that have a very sharp edge, they cannot be compared to this one.
