I like that it's easy to use for small businesses with limited resources, but also has features suitable for larger organisations too - we've used DUTEC in both capacities so far! Great customer support when you need them (we did at one point!). Limited customising options available due to licensing model of product which can be costly if not using all capabilities offered by software. We needed an Accounting solution as our business grew beyond what was possible within Excel or Sage One etc., plus being able to link into existing systems via API would have been ideal here.
