I inherited a 1970's steel 12 foot row boat and boat trailer. The trailer had not been used for many years and several parts had to be replaced including the bunk brackets. They fit perfectly and were obviously easy to install. My biggest concern was how much weight they can realistically support, depending on the thickness of the material itself. The mounts are VERY strong with little to no worries about flexing. We made a multi-hour trip on a boat loaded with camping gear and it held up well. I am very happy with the purchase!
