Slicing with Effortless Precision
My analysis of this sharpening stone showed that it made my knives sharper than ever before. The waterstone does a great job of producing a razor-sharp edge with ease. The only downside was the initial set up time required to soak the stone before use. Overall a fantastic product for any serious chef or home cook. .
