The ability of this system was its flexibility with different solutions that are customizable according your needs (i can't say it's good because i don;t like customization). It has some limitations but those were easy enough solved by using scripts or macros if you know what I mean! If someone wants an all inclusive solution they should look elsewhere since other products have better features than hyperions ones do at least when talking about call center software which means more options available per user/per department etc..
