I have used this product several times and the only problems I have are: 1) The phone is a little hard to hear when put in the pocket. 2) The phone will overheat when using in summer. For example if I use a sports app to track cycling data on how far, fast, where and when; After about an hour and a half of driving, the phone turns off. Doesn't just go to sleep or shut down due to low battery, it shuts down completely and won't turn on again until it's removed from the case and allowed to cool. Caution HEAT can kill electronic equipment.
