Disappointed

I ordered this pen at the end of August to have on hand for Halloween cards. When I was ready to use in mid-October and opened the packaging, I found the pen to be quite dry. I haven't gotten good results with cardstock paper. I have NOT used this glow in the dark pen. I would not recommend this product. I couldn't return it because I threw away the packaging.
