The ability to see all of my inspections in one place, even if they are not always done by me! It helps our team keep track of what needs to be inspected when. I also love that you can share an inspector's report with other inspectors who do not have access to their own client file. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product; however, there might be some features we don't use as much. We would like for it to work better from mobile devices (especially iPad) and perhaps add more options to filter reports so they appear easier to read while scrolling through them. If you want your employees or clients to know exactly where things need to be fixed then this tool will help ensure compliance. The ease of use, how easy it was to learn. It also has a great customer support team who always go above and beyond for our needs. I wish there were more options available in terms of different types of inspections that could be performed with this product. We are able to perform multiple types of inspections at one time which helps us keep up with our monthly maintenance tasks. This allows us to ensure an efficient workflow without wasting time or resources.
