I like how it provides easy access to all the details of my inspections, including pictures! It's also very user friendly for inspectors that don't have much experience with this type of program. There are some areas where there could be more detail provided in the instructions (e.g., what happens if you do not use an inspector tool). Also, when using multiple tools at once, sometimes Inspector can get confused about which one should go first during the next step or final report creation…

The ability to see all of my inspections in one place, even if they are not always done by me! It helps our team keep track of what needs to be inspected when. I also love that you can share an inspector's report with other inspectors who do not have access to their own client file. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product; however, there might be some features we don't use as much.
