I needed a helmet for skating and this is really good. It's light and comfortable. One size with adjustable chin strap fitted me perfectly as a 31 year old woman but it was too small for my husband so I recommend measuring and adjusting sizes. The big advantage of this helmet is the LED safety light. Behind. It has three different settings and is a really great feature. I try to dress in light colors when driving just before sunset, but I feel much better now and may not go outside even a little later. I recommend this helmet for adults and children within the size range.
