Review on ChatBot by Zach Sornsin

I like that it's easy for beginners as well as advanced users! The customer service team has been very helpful in helping me with any problems or questions i might have had during my learning process of using this software. It can be used both online & offline meaning you don't need internet access when chatting via your bot which makes life easier sometimes (especially if there are children involved). Sometimes some words such as "delete" or other more complicated commands do not translate into english so we may run out of options while still being able to continue talking but then again maybe only certain languages will work? We're currently testing our first customised/chatbot made by us rather than just having one available from their library.
