I WANT to love this store but they make it sooo hard. Once we make purchases, we push them, use them and enjoy them. but i would recommend everyone to buy it. Maybe the next generation? Pros: I bought these for myself, my mother, my sister and my father-in-law. We use it almost every weekend and love how it brings the family together. We have young children and the grandparents see them walking around and now the children recognize their voice etc. When you're done it's ALMOST like sitting next to them on the couch and having a good chat. Now it is very good and during COVID isolation. Augmented reality is fun for kids and adults alike, and the story is cool. Cons: You had such a great opportunity to get a GREAT product, but the cons almost reach the point where I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Make calls and connect with them. Connecting multiple people for unknown reasons always causes pain. You can sign up with Facebook Messenger and/or WhatsApp. BUT, if you also want to add people to the calls, they must be registered in the same app (messenger or whatsapp) and you can only ADD someone to call, you can't merge the received call. I bought the ones that plug into your TV, so I'll admit it's partly because but you actually have to call ahead to make sure everyone has their TV on the right input and connected to the right service. As my sister said this morning, you are about to start a family argument if you try to call and ask why someone is not connected to the right service (see below). Everyone is used to HD or 4K. and it's definitely not the same quality. In a wide field of view, the 12-megapixel camera works well, BUT when it "closesβ you, it is the only digital zoom, so the image quality quickly decreases. The camera follows you well with large movements, but sometimes it seems like it has ADD and randomly does "Squirrels!" and approaches a different part of the room or just decides that he doesn't like someone and won't put them in the picture. You can choose who the camera focuses on, but to be honest it would be really nice to have the OPTION of just being able to manually control where the camera is looking. AR only tracks (3) non-glitter faces. Even in a family of 4, someone is not considered. and approaches another part of the room or simply decides that he doesn't like someone and won't include him in the picture.
