I WANT to love this thing but they make it sooo complicated.

I WANT to love this store but they make it sooo hard. Once we make purchases, we push them, use them and enjoy them. but i would recommend everyone to buy it. Maybe the next generation? Pros: I bought these for myself, my mother, my sister and my father-in-law. We use it almost every weekend and love how it brings the family together. We have young children and the grandparents see them walking around and now the children recognize their voice etc. When you're done it's ALMOST like sitting next

I liked the 1st gen, this one too

I have the 1st gen and decided to buy this updated model. i like them both First, let me say that if you are not a Facebook user, this device may not be for you. This is for voice and video chats with family and friends on Facebook or WhatsApp. It also has other apps like Facebook Watch and Live. It has Zoom, Bluejeans, Work Live and other work services that are not complete. You cannot type in chat. It has Alexa but it's not the full version. There's no way to log in or call as it's a Revain…
