I have used this for my current employer, it helped me to manage all of our leads effectively so that we can make sure they are getting qualified prospects when needed.It does not allow you to easily export your data into another tool like Hubspot or Marketo if you need too. It's best suited for those who only want to use one platform to handle their lead management needs. They also seem very responsive to questions/concerns which helps with customer service as well. We've been able to improve conversions by using Leadworx because it allows us to see what contacts are interested in what products and services right away without having to wait until someone calls.
