Exactly what I needed; It really seems like the models can be temperamental but very good customer service
The first one they sent actually gave me errors and didn't work properly. Working from home for a few months now and having to switch screen, mouse and keyboard between PC and work laptop was far from ideal to say the least. Once I got the switch working, it greatly improved my work-life balance. Unfortunately, the hotkeys for switching don't seem to work. ***Update*** A few months later I was cleaning the keyboard and my desk and must have stumbled on something because when I plugged the keyboard back in it and the mouse didn't register.
