Not happy with AM Static - FM tuners ONLY
I live in the Los Angeles area and my antenna on my 2005 Tacoma broke during a recent car wash so I need to replace the broken part of the antenna had to remove. I received my new vortex antenna yesterday after installing the antenna, the FM stations work fine but the AM stations have noise and the signal cuts out when I drive, I want to solve this problem as I listen to sports radio a lot and my antenna works Not? I was hoping this antenna would work for me but it looks like I'll have to buy a factory antenna, crap! my AM tuner and I was told the antenna is not for AM, "FM ONLY"! meant for AM/FM, I find that very misleading. Attention buyers.
