Review on 🔧 Enhanced Mahle OX 175D Oil Filter for Improved Performance by Peter Green

Mini Cooper OEM oil filter, 1.6L base (non S model). This is an OEM filter but without the mini stamp. This fits my R50 and works great. The seller had super fast shipping and couldn't be happier. My R50 is a pre 07/2004 production model and has a plastic cage oil filter and is said to use frameless oil filters. They don't make them anymore and if they do I can't find them. It still works, it's a tight fit but you can slide the cage through. After reading the reviews I was a little worried it wouldn't fit but after receiving it I confirmed that it does indeed work, it just fits snugly and you have to move the cage back and forth a bit to get it to open the hole.
