Ideal for accentuating cocktails
I use them to sprinkle cocktails with what I call accents. Absinthe, ouzo, amaretto and others are so potent that they can dominate a cocktail if you add a little more. With their help I can drizzle the glass before filling or spray on the surface of the cocktail before serving. Enough to flavor the cocktail without killing it.
