I love that it's online so you can access from anywhere! It is very customizable for your needs as well with many options available in different areas of functionality. The interface could use some more polish but overall this program has been great at managing all my activities around our congregation. We have used their services since we started using them about 4 years ago. They are extremely responsive when issues arise or questions come up during implementation. Highly recommended if they fit into your budget range-it will be worth every penny!! Our website was down one day last year due to an issue which had never happened before (we've also experienced other problems). But after contacting support via email within 24 hours - everything came back better than ever.
