Great resource and service provider

I love that it's online so you can access from anywhere! It is very customizable for your needs as well with many options available in different areas of functionality. The interface could use some more polish but overall this program has been great at managing all my activities around our congregation. We have used their services since we started using them about 4 years ago. They are extremely responsive when issues arise or questions come up during implementation. Highly recommended if they…

Great way to keep track of church membership, giving, and stewardship.

I love everything about churchdb. It is very helpful to keep everything about our church in one place. It is great to have everything in one place and being able to keep everything updated. It is not great to just be able to use the software for the church, but be able to use it on my smartphone and I can do a lot of things on my phone which can be difficult for some people. It is a great product and very helpful for any church. If you want someone to keep track of your membership, giving, and…

Pros
  • My favorite part with this application would definitely be how well organized all information looks when using their program! Everything seems simple at first glance however once getting into more depth looking through other tabs then its hard knowing where exactly what goes or if something should go somewhere else..not sure why yet.it's still new lol :) And i'm glad they included ways such as putting pictures & videos within certain areas!! The ability make

Not worth using long-term and definitely needs some updates

Very easy for small churches with few members - helps keep track of who is attending what events or meetings (even if they have changed contact info). It's not very user friendly when it comes time to update information in your profile/about yourself section once you've made changes elsewhere within the system. For those looking at this as an option that works well without requiring too much IT support from their pastor, I think there are better options out there! If ease of use was my only…

Overall great church management software

I love that this system is mobile friendly! It's easy for me as an individual who needs quick access without having to wait for someone else in my family or small group to log into our site from their computer. I don't like how it takes soo much longer than other systems we've used before (we used Logos previously). There are some things not easy to find/use but it did take us awhile to figure out what was available. We were able to use the new features with very little training! The biggest…

Pros
  • The ability communicate via email, texts & phone calls while also allowing you complete privacy if desired.Easy sharing capabilities which allow your audience insight by letting them see exactly where they fit among others..Ability help manage events at both large corporate locations such ours AND smaller intimate house groups alike..I have never had better engagement between leaders when there may be several different sessions going simultaneously
Cons
  • Some little things
