Very easy for small churches with few members - helps keep track of who is attending what events or meetings (even if they have changed contact info). It's not very user friendly when it comes time to update information in your profile/about yourself section once you've made changes elsewhere within the system. For those looking at this as an option that works well without requiring too much IT support from their pastor, I think there are better options out there! If ease of use was my only concern then we could probably get by just fine but after trying several other systems our team decided that having someone else do all of the administrative work would be beneficial.
