I am very happy with this reversing camera. It is nice that there is no need to stretch the wires through the entire machine. The screen flickers from time to time, but serves its purpose well. Night vision is too bright but I'm sure you can adjust the contrast. I was going to connect it to the fuse box but it's actually better for me to just use the 12v car adapter and use it when needed as I only use it for easier parallel parking. I only turned it on when reversing and almost went too far because I wasn't used to the reversing camera. I think this will be a problem for any rear camera. Not having a large car or SUV, it's safer for me to just turn it on once I've settled in. Great time saver when parking on the street in a crowded city.
