It has all of the standard tests you will see in the multitester, but has larger ranges on almost all of the standard tests. Not only does it have the standard diode and continuity test, but it can also test capacitors and transistors, which some multifunction testers can do. Now for some additions. It has a non-contact AC voltage detector built in, so I don't have to keep a separate probe for it anymore. It has an accurate frequency tester that will come in handy. It has the ability to check the temperature so I can find out if the component is very hot. It also has a nice infrared remote sensor to really see if your infrared remote is sending signals. All in all, this multitester has replaced four of my previous tools in my toolbox. I highly recommend this tester for its features and accuracy.
