I was looking for a quality knife and looked through many brands. I chose Excalibur for several reasons. First, it's non-toxic. Most knives contain nickel, which is highly toxic and causes allergic reactions. Second, he's just amazing. It's so beautiful I almost don't want to use it! Third, it is perfectly balanced. I suffer from pain in my wrists and hands so I need a balanced knife. Excalibur is by far the best I've ever owned. Fourth, it is a cheap price. It beats knives I've seen that cost 2-3 times more. This is an exquisite knife in every way!
