After you receive this product you must update it in order to use it. To do this, you need to download and install the RAR file. It takes a ridiculous amount of time, and then the real trouble begins. This requires a password that will not be accepted later. It takes an insane amount of hoops to jump over to level it up. After an hour of inactivity, I'm returning this item. Later Edit: After having to download winrar, which isn't mentioned in any of their instructions, and happened this hoop, I ran into an issue where the system wanted me to locate the mini SD card that was already in the device . Your drop-down menu for that stayed completely blank, so I put it in a mini SD card adapter and plugged it into my PC's USB port. Still not found. So I ended up downloading a lot of software from China onto my laptop that didn't do what I expected. I wonder what the real purpose of this software is. This is now of course all removed and the return label was printed following arguments that I should NOT pay to send the crappy thing back.
